Refund and Returns Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee:

In order to let you have the best doll, we strictly control the manufacturing process of the doll and double-check before delivery. When you receive your sex doll, be sure to check the doll carefully to make sure it is in good condition. If you find any quality problem caused by non-human factors such as breakage, please take a good picture, don’t use it, and contact usat support@mikidoll.store within 7 days. It has been confirmed that there is a quality problem with the product.

Our customer service representatives will work with you to find the best solution for your situation by replacing the original item or providing a refund.

We will only exchange ordered products if defects are caused by us manufacture of the products. No exchange will be given if defects are caused by improper use or mishandling by the customer. We can’t refund it if you have used the doll.

Order Change Or Cancellation:
You can cancel the order within 12 hours, don’t pay any fee, and we can refund full to you.

If you still want to cancel after 12 hours, we will charge a certain fee 20% according to the progress of your order processing.

Once the doll has been shipped and the tracking number for the in-stocked doll or your custom doll has been finished,  the order will not be canceled, please understand.

However, if for exceptional cases, we accept refund, there will be 50% of restocking fees charged to your original payment. The remaining balance will then send back to your original payment account in no later than 10 business days (Monday – Friday： 09:00 – 18:30 UTC +8).

Undeliverable Orders
Please take care in providing your shipping information. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 50% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued.
