Delivery Times：

In-Stock Items

      All in-stock items will ship between 2-3 business days after payment is received. A follow up email containing a link to track your doll will be sent to your inbox. Our in-stock items can sold to worldwide.

In most cases will arrive in 7-15 day in the American or European countries, but due to uncertain conditions (such as pandemic, custom clearance, transportation delays and etc), the package may be arrived in more than 15 days. And mainly shipped by couriers such as UPS and/or Fedex.

It’s an estimated delivery time. Exceptions may extend this time frame (like a holiday, snowstorm, rainstorm, or COVID-19, etc.)

All Other Items: 

      Any item that does not have “In Stock” in the product name will be custom-ordered.
